Apparently per facebook, Jerry Wharton had to make an emergency landing for fuel. That is from facebook.
saw the plane go over morgan mcclure, didnt look like anything was wrong with it. had to be the same bi-plane, or else somebody else felt like flying at 150 feet over our heads for no reason

It's down in front of K-Mart on the 4-lane. I was coming southbound on 23 and VDOT had that part of the 4-lane blocked off so you had to go down behind K-Mart. I thought it was a wreck.
